However, I do know a drop dead gorgeous speaker when I see one, and these are all that and more. These are currently owned by one of the sales team, and he's selling them because of space considerations. The are immaculate, from 1991 or 92, and have a near perfect honey oak finish. He's got a price of $2400 on them, but I'm confident that there's padding there, given my previous experience prchasnig at Almas. rplace Posted May 9, 2006 Share Posted May 9, 2006 Nice to hear that Almas is still in business. I have purchased Klipsch speakers and other gear from them when I lived in the Detroit area. Always knowledgable staff on hand. Do they still have stores in Dearborn and Farmington? I figured they had go the way of the do do bird. Happy to hear they did not.
