Speedball
With my old CRT I used to just hose it down with all purpose glass cleaner and wipe it off with a clean cloth and it didn't cost much. How does one clean an LCD screen properly and without buying some overpriced stuff off the shelf of a retail store? ..........thank's! TheEAR
I use a very gentle cleaner made for glasses with plastic lenses.Never use glass cleaners, unless you want to damage the LCD's surface. Also sprat the water or gentle cleaner(for plastic lenses)on a soft cloth(again one to clean glasses)and whipe gently.Do not apply pressure like you would on a CRT glass tube. And NEVER EEEEVER spray liquid on the LCD surface,if it reaches bottom, and sips inside you will have problems. Jay481985
meh just use a dustoff type airspray or your breath. Then use a soft towel or paper towel and wipe with water, use mild soap like dove and like dab it on the towel so it has very little soap. If you have scratches like on a laptop use brasso to remove the marks and such
