Flea market speakers...need help identifiying

Hey all,

First off, let me say I have been a Klipsch owner for over 20 years and love the forum. Bought my first pair of Kg4's that I still own and enjoy. Bough 2 pair of Corwall II's a couple of years later and use them as the mains in my living room.

I need a hand in identifying a pair of speakers (specs and price new) I picked up at a flea market this weekend. The brand is RTR and my guess is early 80's. I believe bic america owns rtr now? They are 2 way with a 1 1/8 inch tweeter and 12 woofer. Model number is EXP 12. These also have a tweeter control dial on the back from 0-10 that is "clock-like" and adjusts the output of the tweeter.

Anyone have any information on these? I picked them up for $10 bucks! and hooked them up to an older Yamaha amp that I had. They sound great! Curious to know the price when new or the blue book price for someone in the know.

Thanks

BIG BLUE
