Dylanl
What is a pair out of the 70's worth in excellent condition these days Thanks
tychicum
All of the prices seem to be slightly depressed just now. I'm not sure it is the best time to sell. There have been an abundance of Cornwalls and other Klipsch speakers on ebay ... Audiogon ... etc ... recently. One piece of advice I have is if you want to get the absolutely lowest price possible for your speakers ... put right in the add that you aren't prepared to help a purchaser even so much as call a shipping company for them. No Shipping! Perhaps even put right in the add that they are for pick-up only and that they are currently located in Rubber Boot, Saskatchewan. colterphoto1
are you buying or selling? Got any photos? I'd have to say that if they are in very good condition with cane grilles they should bring $1200.

Dylanl
These are from 1983 and have cane grills. I thought that they were from 70's. Does that change anything? Are cane grills worth more or less?
Budman
you can't buy the cane grills that klipsch used anymore. as far as the price of the cornwalls from 83 depends on the type of wood ( veneer ) they are made from and the condition they are in. i don't think the color of the grills make them cost more. i do think that corns from the 70's should bring a higher resale value. verticals, type of veneer, pie slice logos, etc.

tychicum
If you know the serial numbers someone should be able to decipher it for you and come up with a year of manufacture. Gauging by the ornaments on top ... they weren't likely over driven. []
Dylanl
Can't get the serial numbers at this time. When I go in person I can see them.

colterphoto1
Thats some old trader tactics there johny pretending to not be impressed, ho hum, I dunno, they're kinda BIG, my gf might not go for it and what's with the old-lady chair covering on the grilles guess I could change that out if the price is right the two pocket monte always wins and he who speaks last loses.
