Mike Lindsey
I'm getting ready to put new cloth (Thanks boa!) on my '76 Heresy's and was wondering what type of glue I should be using to do this. For those of you who have done this, can you please tell me what type and brand you used? Thanks in advance, Mike ------------------ My Music Systems
WMcD
I wasn't doing a Heresy. However, I used a hot glue gun. Put down a long bead of glue on the wood and then push the fabric into position. Watch your fingers though. Some technique is necessary to get the fabric stretched flat. Let me suggest you experiment with a test piece and some sort of frame whatever you do. This way you get some experience and you're first try is not the final product. Not that my knowledge is better than yours. Your observation of the original installation might well give you a better idea. Gil
johnny24c
I also used a hot glue gun. nothing dries and sticks faster. sometimes too fast, but worked great

Mike Lindsey
Thanks, gang! It looks like it's gonna be a hot glue gun then. Keith, can you believe he didn't supply the glue or the gun?
