boston_klipsch
Hello everyone , I just upgraded my 5.1 HT from RF-3 set up with RF-7 I used the Denon AVR-3801 to drive my RF-3 set up ... After i bought the RF-7 set up does not seem like the Denon AVR-3801 does not put out enough power My question for everyone is .... Have any of you guys ever used or heard of the Rotel RMB-1095 , 5 channel Amp rated @ 200 WPC Thanks Any advice or input are very appreciated
texxas guy
I have the 1095 and absolutely love it. I think those RF-7's will dig the extra power. Good luck with whatever you choose!
damonrpayne
In my opinion the Rotel sounds slightly muddy in the mid to low end, not as nice as Aragon or Bryston or B&K, but its also a fraction of the cost. They are very solidly made by a long-time audio company though, and going seperates is always a good idea. I've owned Rotel stuff and upgraded when I had more $$ to spare. I'm not sure what BK you had but I've owned several, including their latest, and their first.I think they're ok,never heard one that could outperform the 1095,imo. damonrpayne
To be fair, Fish, I have only owned the rmb-1075. My B&K and 1095 experience is showoom listening only, but those were my impressions.
