turbod
Hey Guy's & Gal's I'm a newbie to this form and HT systems but i do have a Pro Media 5.1 system on my computer. I need advice on setting up the RF-82's with a RC-64 instead of the RC-62, will it match up Ok.
Blazemaster
I have that front stage and with RS52 as surrounds. If you do listen to a lot of music, might want to consider comparing musicality of RF82 vs. RF63. The 82 is good, but can sound a bit too bright for music. If you're mainly looking to use the setup for movie soundtracks, you should be ok.
WS65711
I just helped a friend set up a new system consisting of a pair of RF82's, an RC64, and a pair of RB81's. All hooked up to his new Pioneer VSX-1016TXV and SVS cylinder sub. The system sounds great for both movies and music. All the speakers blend together very well. colterphoto1
Get the biggest baddest center you can afford within the same series. Go for the 64. Heck you only have to buy ONE of them!

JetJockey
Hi there, just my two cents worth. I have the coveted RF83 and am using the RC62 center and they work VERY VERY well together. Ita all about budget and what sounds great to you. Spend what you can afford and buy the RC64 if you can do it, I can only imagine the "sonic bliss". Enjoy!
