colterphoto1
Do we have a member near Milford CT 06776 who would be willing to let a potential purchaser auditon the mighty Klipschorns? I'm thinking maybe 3Dzapper might be in the area? This gentleman previously owned JBL systems and is considering McIntosh amplification, a match made in heaven for Klipsch, if I understand your posts correctly. Thanks guys! PrestonTom
I am up the coast in SE Connecticut (06365) which is a little over an hour away. This may be a bit out of the way. However, if the guy is serious, I would be happy to let him listen to the K-Horns. Mine are 1982s with refreshed AA networks. Some care has bee taken in their physical setup. If he is still interested, he can send me a PM to make arrangements. -Tom
colterphoto1
Thanks Tom! I have passed along your information to the interested party. How else are we gonna sell Heritage product? The dealer network falls far short on this line. Michael
PrestonTom
Michael, I agree. In the 1980s I "heard about" about Klipschorns. A decade later I acutally "heard" Klipschorns. Within a year I was able to find a pair for sale. They were in my house within a week. The sound is not easily described in words. However, it is breathtaking when you actually get a chance to hear it. -Tom

Rick If he does, be prepared for questions regarding the availability of bass bins ala carte.[6]
3dzapper
No, I'd be prepared to tell him that for less than the price of a pair of interconnects he could have the best speakers this side of $100,000. For less than the price of a pair of Western Electric 300Bs more, they could be perfect.[] Rick
