oldbuckster Posted April 15, 2007 Share Posted April 15, 2007 Gee Guys, this is a pretty good movie...........Won't change History, but a real nice look back in time.........Older guys will remember this stuff, we grew up in that era............Great Music....Good overall view of the times without some director shoving HIS point of view at you........Won't be any Oscars awarded, No actor or actress of the Year awards, just a brief escape to earlier times full of fear, confusion, and a country torn apart by a War. If you listen to Bobby giving a speech, you could apply it to Today, and that scares me..................No End. Colin Posted April 21, 2007 Share Posted April 21, 2007 I wish the movie was about Bobby Kennedy. It certainly ends up with some excellent speeches by him. But instead the movie is about the people at the hotel on the day he died, and it drops their stories cold once Kennedy is shot. It is not a good story, a good political commentary or documentary.
