ShapeShifter
If Klipsch has proprietary rights for the specs & drawings from which those items were made, that pretty much makes them the sole source supplier for retail parts made to their standards & specs. Their supplier is responsible for ensuring that that items produced to Klipsch owned specifications do not get into the hands of retail sellers. If this is the case, someone is liable for allowing those parts to be sold to Parts Express in their original configuration. Quite possible their supplier thought that since the items did not meet Klipsch's quality control standards, they had the right to sell them. Don't think the legal eagles will agree, if that is the case. ------------------ "KLIPSCH IS MUSIC"f>
