Groomlakearea51
I don't get it?... Just kidding..... So much for the jokes; I guess the bottom line is placement will be somewhere in the front half of the room, likely along a wall or near a corner. Then move it around until it sounds the best. Thanks for everyone's interest (and the jokes!!).
Roc Rinaldi
OK, most of the kidding aside... The easiest way to move the subs about the room is to tilt the unit and to slide a 'broken down' cardboard box under it. It should then be easy to grasp and to move about by sliding (over floors, rugs, dogs and small children, etc.) and no heavy lifting (just tilting) is involved. And it won't cost you a thing!* Hey, I said most of the kidding aside! Yeah, the rugs might be an issue... [] (*Heck, if you manage to catch a kid or two, it might just save you money!) This is wonderful advice.!! Up to now Janet and I have been actually lifting the f-113 completely off the floor to move it. Did I mention that it is heavy? 130 pounds heavy. Moving it is like moving a Sumo Wrestler. It has these little friction legs on it, I guess to keep it still while playing it. The legs make it almost impossible to slide anywhere so the cardboard idea is great. Thanks Mark.
