Started at one lake and only caught 1 nice sunfish so we drove to a different lake that has a dock that extends about 100 feet into the lake. We fished there from about 5pm until 9. Caught 14 more nice sunfish that we kept plus dozens of small ones that we threw back. My wife won't take a fish off her hook or bait her own hooks either. We could have probably doubled the amount of fish we brought home if I didn't have to stop every few minutes and help her out. But, when it comes time to fry up the fish that's where she shines. I guess we complement each other very well. I catch 'em and clean 'em and she fries 'em up. She said we'll have a nice fish fry for the 4th. Nothing like fresh fish to make a great meal! We had some nightcrawlers left and I tossed a couple in the lake and saw the fish devour them instantly. There was a family fishing at the other end of the dock that was using corn as bait. I asked them if they wanted the rest of our nightcrawlers and they looked like I was handing them a $100 bill. They thanked me about 10 times as we were exiting the fishing area.
