pauln
Interesting letter on classical music written to the New York Times by Larouche http://larouchepac.com/news/2007/07/21/music-science-or-fantasy.html Yes, it may take the whole weekend to read it all the way through! About 50 pages, and it is a slow read as you will need to have handy a dictionary, thesarus, physics reference, and additional references for the history of music, liturature, philosophy, oh what the hell - you will probably need to have a liberal arts degree from a very good college. And a warmed up search engine. But, for those classical lovers; give it a try.
oldtimer
The professors who taught me would give it a C- due to egregious use of commas. What a punctuation nightmare!
pauln
Maybe I'm Amaized At The Way You Love Me All The Time Maybe I'm Afraid Of The Way I Love You... Yeah, the commas are there for sure, but it is the obtuse vocabulary and arcane references that make it so fun to read. He's a thinker... LarryC
Lyndon LaRouche is one wild guy who seems to have a massive, oversized cauldron of intelligence that's too mcuh for him or anyone else to control. He's been all over the lot politically, scientifically, or you name it, and it seems to be near-impossible to untangle what he has to say. See Wikipedia for an exhausting summary. I once saw his string quartet perform on television.
