WasWood Posted January 1, 2002 Share Posted January 1, 2002 Hi I had a screwy control part for volume on my 4.1s so I sent the part back, (CP-1) thats what the part is called. Well i sent it 2nd Day on 12-11-01 and i haven't gotten the new part back yet. Im not sure how long it takes u guys to send stuff back but i would have thought it should be here by now im my R/A # is 8682 if that means anything at all. All the forums outside of this website mention that Klipsch isn't the company it once was. They make an okay speaker they just don't have the staff to support them.
