MK V-125

The guy that bought my CF-2's wants to get a sub to add to his setup. He found a MK V-125 for $225 on CL. Looks like it is in great shape. Says new it was $750. Not sure how old it is.

Do you think it is worth that much? I'm thinking he can get it cheaper but mainly, is it a good sub? Anyone had experience with MK subs?

For $225 great buy if the sub is in great shape,100% functional ...inspect the woofer's sourround,is it flexible? If it is dry and ecven one crack is visible...avoid(as a recone is in order).

Know that M&K subs have little output below 25Hz.
