Bill H.
Today, I did some critical Listening with My Cornwalls.................the sound balance seemed off, so I quickly moved the speakers out about an Inch and towed them in just a little more than they alll ready were..........WOW. Just the small adjustment made for a seamless sound and improved overall sound stage.............PRICELESS !

mark1101
I found long ago that my '73 verts were pretty finicky when it came to imaging. My Heresys and Lascalas would image nicely almost no matter how they were set up within reason. But with the particular corns I have it was always a game of inches. It can make all the difference in the world. I mostly use mine outdoors on my patio when it is nice out and a couple of years ago I figured out where they sounded best. I then put marks on the concrete so I can just put them there when I bring them outside.
hammertop
After all the years and many places I've lived, the sweet spot is there. Sometimes just raising the fronts a 1/2 in. made all the difference. I love this game of inches. Enjoy!
jamesV
Great to hear Bill, I love my Corns. Did you end up getting a new amp? James
