BLOOMIS914
I will be refinishing my Chorus II's and need enough black grille cloth to cover these speakers. the original "brown burlap" does not pass the wife test and must go.....I will keep original in storage as I have learned to NEVER throw away anything original as someone always asks for it!! Does anyone have any or can I buy it direct from Klipsch?? I have seen grille cloth at Joann fabrics but it does not seem the same as what is on my Legends (KLF-30's). Anyone?? rowooo
Bloomis...just call Klipsch and you have your new grill material in 1 to 2 weeks. I'm going to do a pair of CF-2's for around 20.00 bucks. With the width of your Chorus II's you might have to buy two rolls..later

Chris Robinson
Bloomis, I've got a pretty big roll of it that I bought and didn't use. Was thinking about putting it up on Ebay, but if you need some, I'll sell it to you for less than Klipsch would plus shipping at cost. If anybody else needs some, just chime in. Think Klipsch was selling it for about $20/sq yd. ------------------ If you don't like what is coming out, you wouldn't like what is going in." -PWK- --------------------- Klipsch 1968 ALK Cornwall "II"s (LF/RF) ALK Belle Klipsch (Center) Klipsch Heresy (RR/LR) Klipsch KSW-12 sub Sonic Frontiers Anthem AMP1 (driving Cornwalls) Sonic Frontiers Anthem AMP1 (driving Heresy's) Denon AVR-4800 Toshiba SD-3109 DVD
Good2BHome
Chris, Is this "original" ala pre 1980 or the newer, which I have been told is not the same? Maybe a better way to ask is, does it match your 1968 Cornwalls? If, yes, I'm interested !!!! Im1TooRU
I'd be interested in a yard or two of your cloth as well Chris. I have a couple of pairs of Heresys (circa '82 and '83) that could use fresh cloth. Email me and let me know what you want for it. John K
I recently won some Heresys on Ebay (heard them 20 years ago in a PX in Frankfurt and never satisfied with anything else since). The zebrawood cabinets are pretty clean but the wicker grill covers are in pretty bad shape. Any advice on where I can get replacement wicker covers? If I must, I'll use conventional grill cloth, but I like the retro look of the wicker with the stripped zebrawood.
