Just curious if anyone else on here has a Salamander and how you like it. ~shoe ---------------- Shoe,Glad to see you have the same good taste as I do I also have the Salamander synergy since May 2000.I have mine stacked.Base unit with a 30 inch extension. The top middle and bottom shelves are cherry. The rest are black.Sides are perforated steel, black.I have the saturn wheel set.I looked at every rack I could find and mine is the only one that would work for me.I like it.I put it together before my system came which was not as hard as I thought it might be.I took everything out of my room and used the furniture on the porch.Ripped out the built in bed.Had a new floor put down. Then my brother and I built another built in.After that my dealer,John Hunt of Hunt Audio associates in Hagerstown,Maryland and his guys installed my system. They did a great job. They know their stuff.Yes it's a long way to go to install a system but I have a brother who has known and bought equipment from John for many years. You'll never meet a nicer guy than John.

For music almost any Telarc spectacular.Very good to demonstrate the efortless power of a great system.Full scale and will stress the whole system. For real sub bass Pomps & Pipes(Reference Recordings)has some of the deepest bass ever recorded. TheEAR(s) Now theears It's "pumps" and pipes.Just a friendly correction I found while searching for it. ----------------
