I have a pair of RSX-4's as my R and L channel for my Ultra's and even with the "primitive" Ultra MM amp, they sound amazing..i could only imagine them hooked up to HT equipment!!

The Ultra sub outputs half it's bass to the SWS or something...the louder ur ultra sub, the louder ur SWS...remember that.

Check ur soundcard settings and Ultra settings....and make sure everything is hooked up correctly...

Phase = 180, crossover = 90, and turn the dial on the sws control pod...

Why not try it at $129? Or even $149 or something ...but $200...thats too steep. Look at other subwoofers that are better, they are like $100 or $150, the SWS is such a sweet product, i think it deserves another chance...definatly.

Even though I stick to the Promedia section, I agree with BigUSA. I think that they should just ban the troublemakers instead of causing an inconvience to everyone. There are many loyal members of this board, they don't deserve to be shut off for what some punks started. People who want trouble will just keep doing this untill the mods shut down the whole board, plz admins, think before doing things. Wtf...I don't get what ur saying..Klipsch 5.1 Ultra PRO?? Wtf is an Ultra PRO?? There is no such system. You can hook the SWS up to the Ultra's via SWS link on the back of the sub. That's what it was designed for.

How loud do the RSX-5's go before getting edgy?? I'm looking to upgrade my R and L channel and I was considering either the RSX-5 or the RB-25, what would I be better off with?

If you have more than 1 SWS hooked up togeather, I thought u didn't need to use a pod for every sub...just the first one, so therefore why don't u just do that...?

I was thinking about getting a set of bookshelf or even floorstanding speakers and using them as my R and L channels hooked up to my comp (I have the cables and everything). I would still use the Ultra's for the center, RR and RL. Any suggestions? Maybe the RB-25's? (BTW, i would hook these up to an amp/receiver).

If Klispch stopped making them, how do they still have them? I'd hurry up if i were u before they run out! =P

Maybe some can't afford an HT sub, also, HT subs cancel out the Ultra's, the SWS is tuned with the sub.

I heard stuff about profit loss or something....the demand is high now even if they raise the price, it's made in china....lol w/ the cheap labor over there, u can make a profit on anything basically.
