  1. Tonight, I got myself RW-12 from the nearest Klipsch authorized store(GOOD GUYS) in my place. When I got home and open the box, to my surprise, found no manual and the 3-prong power cable. Being without a manual and power cable's no big problem with me but hey fellas - I'm PUZZLED! Do Klipsch sells their reference products without those mentioned thigs? Can somebody give me an idea what i got - was it an open box or what?
  2. Hoy, batibot ok na ba RW-12 mo? Proper Sub setup? Marami niyan dito sa Net. And here inside the forum too.
  3. Hey guys I wonder if you've tried/heard the subs namely: TOTEM THUNDER and/or TRIAD? If so, how do you rate these two compare with your SVS's and Aerial's?

I'm thinking about getting one, but I don't want to buy one and see a new one released two weeks after I buy it. Also, On the DD-5.1 there is one toslink input and one coax input. Can they both be used (ie. Toslink from computer and coax from DVD player) or is it an either/or thing? and Can ProMedias be hooked up to a regular reviever, running dual RCA to 1/8 in. connectors from the speaker outputs to the inputs on the sub or am I missing something? Thanks ------------- Ans. 1: I think DD 5.1 will stay for a while. Haven't heard a thing about a new release coming. The only thing you miss on DD 5.1 is Prologic II which way much better than Prologic. Ans 2: Yeah, you can setup your DD 5.1 just like what you've said but then you can't use both Optical and Coax the same time. With DD 5.1's remote control you have to chose one output you're going to use: optical, coax, line in 1, Line In 2. Ans: 3 Yes! Promedia 5.1 was my first Home Theater speaker and they works will.
  5. Use an Optical (TOSLINK) cable. Route if from your soundcards's optical out into the DD 5.1 optical in. In playing DVDs use WINDVD or Powerdvd.

    RW-10

Well, my current setup is the SF-2 Synergy series with Velodyne CHT-10 for my sub. I'd rather say am a klipsch fan and if possible want to maintain a pure Klipsch speaker setup. My HT space is not that big though(15x12ft) that's why I prefer 10 or 12 inches sub

    RW-10

Has anybody really tested or owned the Klipsch RW-10? I'm very much interested in getting one. Feed back, Please!
  8. Why? Do you have to locate you PC in front of your subwoofer? Sound force's could not only be the real danger to your precious harddrives - those large magnets within you sub's box (if not shielded). So much fun here, fellas! You're making the topic more interesting - from SUBs to PCs, to SPERM COUNTs, to what next?
  9. My room's not that big. Recently I got this Velodyne CHT-10 for my Klipsch SF2 synergy series. I'm pretty pleased with my current setup until i read about the new Klipsch RW series subs. Now I'm having a second thought about my CHT-10. Can somebody gave me an honest comparison (in sound and in build quality) between Klipsch's RW-10 and the Velodyne's CHT-10?
  10. Hi fellas, any words regarding the new klipsch RW reference subs?
  11. Got this new Velodyne Cht-10 the other day and I'm in the process of auditioning this sub paired to my modest Klipsch Synergy sf2 series speakers and Denon receiver. Any advice regarding Processor/Sub settings to achieve optimal sound quality.
