I have a surround which is different in model than the other pieces. RF35 RC35 and RS25 If I upgrade to the RS35, will possibly get me that much of a change in sound? The upgrade is approximately $300 and I don't know if it's worth paying Thanks, -Andy

I have a similar setup but the surround speakers are RS25's rather than RS35. I like the sound but wandering if I were to replace it with the 35, if I would notice a big difference. Yammy 2400 RF35, RC35, RS35, RW12 Comments would be helpful. Thanks, -Andy

Hard 21, I'm in a similar situation and as new if not newer than you. I have the followin: RF35 - front RC35 - Center RS25 - Surround RW12 - SUB Yamaha XV-R2400 All monster M2s cables except surround, Monster flat cable I've noticed the RW12 has an awsome kick but it's quite finiky on where it's placed. I've been hearing that is common with all subs. I hadn't noticed it with a Def Tech 200TL sub, which was rear ported. The Def Tech was not as clean though. I have my phase set at 0. I've been told this is totally dependent on the room. I have my cross over set at 80 on the sub as well as the receiver. I'm sure I havent' helped much. Hopefully others...way more informed than I, will help wih this question. Haven't seen M&C yet....Hope you enjoy it. -Andy

Well, I took the plunge.....I got RF35 speakers. I looked at the price difference between the 25 and 35 and found that there really isn't that much of a difference. Now I'm wondering if I need to upgrade the center and surrounds from a 25 to 35?????? Am I trying to be too perfect.....or do most of you make changes like these? I've replaced my sub three times, surround from synergy to RF25 and cables! Thanks, -Andy
