Hi everybody, July 4 laid down $850.00 on the not yet out 354. Recived it Aug. 1 not bad i thought, hooked it up to my 4year old 60" sony with DVI input with all my sources into the AVR with HDMI. Everything ready turn it on and get a picture on the display for 1 sec. then a lot of colors flashing like it was trying to grab on to the source handshake if you will and that is as far as it went. BUMMER! Everything works fine componet, optical. Long story short call HK they determine it is defective and off it goes, Oct 6 # 2 shows up same thing. Now HK says after talking to many techs there, that i need a HDMI to DVI cable with a repeater in it liks something for long runs. After calling alot of places which most of them did not even know what i was talking about i ran one down but he was skeptical if that was my issue. anybody have any thought, they would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 60" LCD sitting on a converted KLF 20 center. What would be an effective vibration material to sit it on ? Rubber , Foam , corkboard any ideas would be greatly appreciated

yes the audio was great with the optical and picture was nice through componet but HDMI would not work

Anybody else wait 41/2 weeks for their AVR just to have to send it back?

Hi, everybody i have a 5.1 system comprised of Legends my question is can i hook a pioneer 650 to the highs or lows for that matter with the straps still on and not hurt either amp as long as i do not have either on at the same time? Listen to 650 and turntable 2.0 with the 5.1 amp off and visa versa.

Well it looks like i know it was not coming up in my preview of the post. Anyway my original question was who is this person ? It is in a picture my son gave me for Christmas. It has Joplin, Hendrix, Morrison, Cobain, and this person anybody know ?

A friend of mine has a Pioneer SX-1250, they are the "Holey Grail" of the old 70's era receviers. I run all Legend speakers and it sounded warm and full with the sometimes bright Legends.

dkp.... i know it seems like they are the "poor relation" of the line not mentioned very much. I go to the Klipsch corner on Audiokarma and they had a thred of the ranking of Klipsch speakers and the Legends are not mentioned. It kills me with the right amplication they kick serious ---. you get out of them excatly what what you put into them crap in crap out the most insperational thing you have ever heard in thats what will come out. somebody please do a spell check Bud light has me inspired!!!

Thats strange i really had not heard the name Klipsch until 15 yrs ago when i was turned on to the spekers. And i have always been into audio gear since very young i guess i was running in the wrong group. We will be back down there soon i will post some pic's. Thanks Amy.

I drive a dump truck in Indiana and we were paving streets in Newcastle In. and on the south side of town at the intersection of State road 103 & 300s there is a 3 or 4 block street named Klipsch Dr. Now for 30+ yrs. of my life i never heard the word Klipsch until that wonderful day my cousin blasted out a pair of KLF 20's with a 500 watt a chanel old Carver amp.So i was just wondering if anybody knew about the street since it is not something you see every day.

Ok thank you both very much. The only thing that happened was a car hit a pole very close to the house and knocked the power out, after that i had the phone line problem could that cause a "surge" of some kind?

anybody have any ideas? the manual is pretty well worthless tech support is not open until monday

yes i checked the line in with a good dial tone but the 1&2 out have a sound like a open line. i have pushed the "reset" button on the back and also unplugged the unit. Still the same. Unit is probably 2 yrs. old

Good morning all last night i had a power outage now the phone line has a dial tone going into the hts 2600 and nothing coming out. any suggestions?
