Hello, I plan on at least a 100 hr break in period before I get serious on music. I am one that believes in a break in period. I guess I am old fashioned because I really only like two channel music, Nora Jones last night sounded like she was right there in front of the screen. Audio/Video has been a life long hobby of mine and I have had a variety of mid to hi-fi systems in my home over the years. The bass is nothing short of phenomenal. My last 2 subwoofers have been Velodynes - HGS-18II and DD-15 and the Klipsch simply blows them away. The verdict is still out on musicality, but for movies this is the best system I've ever had, bar none. I highly recommend this system for anyone that has a dedicated theater and likes it LOUD!

I have contacted Klipsch directly, they said it is fine to stack the subs. THX spec is to put them side by side.In the manual it reads the usual, "put where it sounds the best". Klipsh also said put them together side by side or stacked. My screen will not be here till Wendsday and I will be working this weekend hooking it all up.I will post my opinion next week. The research that I have done shows that this system is raved about all across the nation.

I will be picking up the rest of the system tonight, it will be a week before it is all up and running.I am using a Parasound C2 and a Aragon 2007. I am on the way to the Stage One (late fall).I am also very curious about the subs, I have a Velodyne Digital Drive 15 now. I wanted a system for movies only and wanted everything to blend as the Klipsch system was designed, that is why I purchased the subs also. I have owned various Veoldyne subs over the years. I will be glad to post my opinion on the system when its all up and running.

Maybe somebody from Klipsch can answer this ? I just received the THX Ultra 2 system is there any harm in stacking on top of each other 2 KW-120-THX subs. Thanks in advance for your reply

I just jumped on the Klipsch band wagon and am eagerly awaiting the new THX Ultra 2 System (with 2 subs) I ordered the end of May. Klipsch can not make this system fast enough my dealer told me. This is my first Klipsch system, I wanted some thing for movies only. I will work on my two channel system next. I am thinking about buying brand new Heresy II or La Scalas with grills without hearing them. I do not want to purchase older used heritage series. Do these speakers sound like any of the new referance line? I like the RF7 or the RB75 but want to buy some of the heritage speakers. Thanks in advance for your reply
