I am thinking of a really good musical subwoofer since EQ's add distortion... Probably the Paradigm PW-2200

I love my KLF-30's.... how I am wondering about RF-7's though. From your experience, how do the KLF-30's compare with RF-7's?

my dvd player costs 30 bux. So since I like loudness, would an equalizer help me?

Would an equalizer make my system have more bass? Isn't Loudness mode basically an equalizer setting?

My left KLF-30 has a blown speaker... I dont notice them when I listen to music but when I push them they make a little scratchy noise. It is not too badly blown but I am wondering if they sell replacements anywhere.

where are ur rf-7's? How do those KLF-30's compare to ur RF-7's in your opinion? I was thinking of RF-7 but ended up with klf30 for way cheaper.

I did not get the amp for the watts... I got it because its monoblocks and its supposed to be a good brand. The preamp I have does not have a power off button. It stays on all the time. The amp is accurate, but it seems a little too harsh on klipsch (I think just not enough bass).

The speakers make a pop noise when I turn off the amps... is this regular for amplifiers? 370 watts is an aweful lot of power.. I cant even turn it to 9 o clock position without it being too loud []

I am using some regular rca cable as my preamp to amp interconnect cable. Can this be the cause? I heard cables dont make a difference.

I got my Mccormack TLC-1 deluxe + 2 DNA 1 deluxe today. It seems to lack bass even with 370 watts? My Pioneer had more bass in loudness mode. What are your inputs on this?

What are surround sound processors used for?

Should I hook up a regular analog sound cable from my dvd player to my receiver or a digital cable? Are there any sound differences? Analog uses 2 rca's while digital only uses 1.

There should be an alert thing on top to when you have new messages in your inbox. I know people don't check it often. PMing wouldn't be effective if there is no alert. Thank you

My brother needs a cheap subwoofer (under 200) for his computer. He is using a sonic impact amplifier with some generic speakers. It could be used on ebay. He is looking for clean bass for music only. Thank you

I got my klf30 off audiogon for $300 a pair

I am afraid to go tubes because there are less watts.... I know 1 watt gets 100db or watever but.. I tried the sonic impact amp (5 watt RMS) and it seems to be lacking a lot of bass compared to my 100watt pioneer receiver. If I spend a lot of money on tube equipment it might be the same with the sonic impact and I would not be happy spending a lot of money for no bass. Are there any places where I can audition tube amps? I dont know anyone near me with them.

Are tube preamps only good for soft songs like classical and jazz? I listen to alot of rock, country, and R&B. Is a tube amp a good choice for me?

I need an amp that focuses on music and includes a Sub preout.... It doesnt have to be 2 channel. Are there any good preamps out there for under 1500 used?

I want to use my passive subwoofer in my setup temporarily. Is there any way I could hook up a passive subwoofer to a 5.1 receiver? I have the Front B still available. Does that provide the right impedence for a subwoofer?
