Yeah, chuck eyes are my favorite too. There is just the right amount of fat on them.

OK. baloney. I stand corrected. I was just trying to bring some levity to the subject. There are so many issues that we face today and what can we really do to change anything? I'm going back to my bombshelter now.

You spelled Bologna wrong.

Hey all, I finally got around to buying a trailer for all my stuff and got everything out of storage. I was working on my KP-115's and admiring the cheesy cardboard port tubes. The only thing holding them on is glue. I came up with a possible solution. At Parts Express I believe it's page 153 in the catalogue the have all of those port tubes and such. Why couldn't I use the 4 inch diameter ones and glue them to the cardboard? I'd use the longest ones they have. That should really stiffen them up. My only concern is, the catalogue says the diameter is 4 inches inside and the port measures 4 inches for the outside diameter. What do you all think? Thanx, Mark

I don't think blowing the speakers would be an issue you'd wreck your amplifier first.

A template to make your own windmill?

Sounds like a riot. Thanks for sharin.

I bought a pre-amp from Bill A few years back and had a few phone conversations with him. He was pretty cool. Too bad this thread is so old. I thought he was back for a second.

I didn't get to read the ad either but if they were dying wouldn't s temporary loan of the speakers be in order?
-
Very cool Mike. I'm marking this so I can find it for future reference. Thanks

They all love beef jerky.

After looking again I'm probably wrong. They do match the ad pretty good. O.K. I'll shut up then.
-
I did wiki it. I didn't get a date though.

I really don't think they used MDF back then. They might have. I myself think they're a DIY cabinet with those parts. Let's see who chimes in on this. Meanwhile I'll wiki MDF. Not.

That sucks. I was just down in Cortland a month ago and visited his street sign. Dio Way. Cancer sucks.

I got one for free that didn't work. Sold it on E-bay as is for $76.00. So there you go. Mark

Looks great. Good job.

This thought occured to me just last night. My wife and I were watching a DVD. She went to the kitchen for something and asked me to rewind it.
Then I thought rewind it? Rewind what? There's no tape there, shouldn't there be another term for that nowadays?
