Rob: Thanks. I use them in a home theater/music room. Watch a couple of movies a week and listen to music about the same amount of time. I would probably only consider one mod to the 73 and that would be crossover rebuild by Mr. Crites. Otherwise no other plans. Each pair is about the same price. Thanks you all for all yoru input. I am looking for an old Heresy advertisement which has a silhouette of Valerie Klipsch playing the piano and a description of how Mr. Klipsch records then plays back the music for visitors etc. Can anyone help me locate one of the advertisements or does anyone know where I may find one? I got in touch with the individual by e-mail. We have had an odd series of communications. He was trying to sell the speakers through Craiglist in NY, lives in San Bruno, CA, banks in Vannuys, CA and has a San Antonio, TX phone number. Sound weird? He was unwilling to escrow any money, wanted it up front, shipping only $120.00 because he had a friend in the shipping business, and unwilling for me to pick up the speakers in person with cash in hand. Well someone else may have better luck, but my advice is to proceed with caution.

Anyone know where I can find frames w/grill cloth for La Scala's? Called Klipsch and they have black only. I am looking for light cane grill. I know I could buy the frame from Klipsch, then have already found a factory that has the cane, but thought someone on the forum may know of a better option or better yet have a good used pair?
