Actually even with the gore it was entertaining. Short but entertaining. For light weights I understand there is a Ken and Barbie movie showing.

there is 1 movie that just came out , it's called SISU from the studio behind John Wick ,
- the John Wick productions , never went as far as to show blown up bodies , but this movie does .
So has anyone seen Sisu? Worth seeing?

As to John Wick I thought 1 & 2 were good. 3 was so ridiculous I turned it off after about 100 bodies or so. Hoping 4 will be better.

LF two days gone to Australia and me and the dog are already bored as hell. Too damn hot for outdoor activities and I think I've watched everything on Netflix and Amazon worth watching. Anyone watch John Wick 4 before I spend $6.99? Two Martinis down and it's yet to make it to 6pm.
Gonna be a long three weeks😕

Another trip for veggies today. Watched Yellowstone marathon and a little golf. Cooked fried egg plant, corn on the cob, shrimp. Then martinis and a dip in the hot tub.
Life in the slow lane.........

Forgot to mention the veggies were very tasty. Corn was sweet and the tomatoes juicy. Had fried green tomatoes for breakfast just now. Fried okra tonight with stuffed peppers also from the farm.

That´s it @Tarheel ? Nothing else happed w/in the last couple of month 😂
No that's just the exciting stuff😁 My tenant is pet sitting for 3 weeks and asked me to water her plants and to feed the handicapped raccoon that comes on the back porch each night. He's missing some toes and has babies to feed so I go over and cut up 2 apples and fill his water bowl. LF is prepping to go to Australia on the 5th for 3 weeks with two sisters. I'll be here with the Norwich Terrier Swanky who will likely go into mourning till she returns. That's about it............

A little trip to the country to find fresh veggies and then back to town for 25 cent wings at Pies On. LF will have pizza I'm fairly sure.

Checking in to make sure you're all using cables, drinking cocktails and coffee, and riding cycles (mines a bicycle). Not all at the same time of course....or as Dave would say "here hold my beer".

Canadian Gordon Lightfoot dead at 84. Some of you youngsters may not remember his music but might have heard his name. Songs such as "If You Could Read My Mind" and the tribute to the Edmond Fitzgerald.
Bob Dylan called him a "rare talent".
A great singer/songwriter.

Would be fun in the "Bubble" (2012 BMW Z435is) 335hp but bumped up with a JB4 tuning module. Puttting the auto into manual mode it shifts faster than you can imagine.
It's so pretty wouldn't want to break it😐

A little rain this morning.....much needed. Checking out other audio sites to see what's kickin and to peruse gear for sale....like I need anything more. Fun to look though. Truth known I haven't played the first bit of music since last Sunday.
Two cups down...still grinding Mayorga beans.....still satisfying.

That made me chuckle because without Coaches Smith, Valvano, Krzyzewski... plus the others Coaches Brown, Knight, Tarkanian etc.
It lost it's luster with me after all those coaches & characters
Yep....may pop in for a minute but rather see Arnie's tourney.

ACC basketball. Duke and North Carolina square off at 6:30. But I may rather see the Arnold Palmer Invitational.
Did I mention pollen? Thick as Beyonce's back side.

Oh that yellow pollen! Went to a huge car gathering "Cars & Coffee" this morning early. Even the Lamborghini was coated with a fine layer. My favorite was a older Corvette....maybe a 58-60 with a very neat LS3 engine swap.
Then while on that side of town I surprised LF with an impromptu visit to the tennis court and met the other three ladies.
Came home and turned on the system. Pulled out an old CD haven't heard in years J.J. Cale and Eric Clapton "Road to Escondido". Man it sounded great...........

80 here....did a little sunning. Got to keep looking good even at 74 y/o. Just googled fatigue in seniors as lady friend runs circle around me. Too long in the recliner avoiding Covid I guess with little exercise. On the positive side I have tried the Carnivore Diet and have lost 8 pounds in 9 days. 6"2....189 pounds.
Having chuck roast tonight with sweet onions.....

Watching JW 4. More killings than ever. A couple of nods to the old movie The Warriors with the black female DJ with the sultry voice playing No Where to Hide and Painted Black and encouraging Wicks violent end. Reel to Reel with Maxell tapes playing the tunes. 2/3 through as it's a long one at 2 hours and 50 minutes.
