.......REALLY! let's hope karma is alive and well at goodwill. What a POS, He's most likely flipped them by now. Check your local craigslist and see if there's a new ad for 3 Klipsch speakers for sale.
What a jerk.

Was watching the latest 'Nature' on PBS last night. Part one of a three part David Attenborough
retrospective. In one scene, a heresy is used to try to get lions to roar during the day.
I think it an HBR. It had a grill and a mid 70s badge.
Good Hunting.

The Circle Star theatre was in San Carlos, down the penisula from San Francisco. That was where I first experienced 'in the round'. Ike and Tina was the first show I saw there.
You're right. Icould never get used to the 'in the round' sound. I went to, maybe, four shows there. Ike and Tina, Chicago, Neil Diamond and Hair(?).
That was in the early '70s.

Costco chicken.... Excellent...Had a Costco roast chicken slowly baking in the the trunk of my car, so I didn't stay long. Well maybe too long cause now I got the trots. Still, much, much better than I thought, despite the fact the no longer carry Klipsch.
I agree........we eat one a week, and then use the bones for chicken stock. That $5 chicken is hard to beat.
8 lbs of bones
2 lbs of mirepoix
Handfull of fresh parsley
12 whole peppercorns
2 gallons cold water
Bring to a boil, then barely simmer for 4 hours.
Strain. Throw solids away.
Put stock into ziploc bags or containers of choice/
Use now or freeze for later use.

My older Kenwood KR-V9020 is like yours. For movies, I use dolby processing. For 2 channel, the Kenwood has a bypass feature. I do not listen to CDs using dolby surround, only for TV. Hope this helps.
