  1. This is a terrific deal for someone looking to get a 1st class home theater at a reasonable price!
  2. $90 via money order or PayPal friends and family for the pair, shipped to the continental U.S.
  3. Hi guys, I've been in and out of town for most of the summer and forgot I still had these two diaphragms. PM me if you need these. Thanks! Jeff
  4. Two of these are sold, two are left. Thank you for the interest, I believe all PM's are answered. Jeff
  5. Hi guys, I have a ONE Klipsch K77 M drop in replacement diaphragm. This is a non solder replacement that I believe is no longer being made. I bought these from Bob Crites 10-ish years ago? I have just one left. critesspeakers.com/klipsch_tweeters.html This is a direct replacement for the square magnet K77 M, but will work with the round magnet K77. I honestly don't even remember what I paid... Jeff http://
  6. Hey guys, After 42 years, the power switch on my McIntosh MC 2105 has failed. Luckily, it's failed in the "On" position. I can send this switch out for rebuild, but before doing that, I thought I'd see if anyone has one for sale. I checked with Terry DeWick already. Have a super day. Jeff
  7. I have my eye on another pair of speakers and moving these subs would help expedite that process. I've reduced the price to $1,800 on this documented, one owner, well cared for system. Please see my eBay ad for additional photos. If you're interested in these, I'm getting incredibly reasonable shipping quotes via FedEx Ground. 8. I just quoted shipping to Texas at just under $200. Lots of interest, but no cash in hand. Someone out there must be in the market for a couple house shaking, yet accurate, subwoofers. Have a great day, guys. Jeff
  9. Alright, here's what I'm going to try: I bought the Marantz NA 7004 here on the forum and I'm purchasing a Chromecast Audio unit. I feel like these two pieces should get me 90% of what I'm looking for at a damn reasonable price. Please keep the conversation going, though, as I dig hearing what other guys are doing to stream music in their homes. Thank you again for all of the suggestions, I sincerely appreciate it. Jeff
  10. John, I keep learning every day. I will also check out the Grace Digital unit tonight. Looks intriguing...
  11. Bmoelle, I will do some reading about the Echo Dot. I do have a Prime account, so I will see what this little guy does. Thank you for your input. Jeff
  12. I want everyone to know that I'm a complete novice when it comes to streaming music/listening to Mp3s with older stereo equipment, so please pardon my ignorance. I know this is a topic that's been discussed here and at Audio Karma and I've searched through the archives, but I wanted to get some newer input from this forum, if possible. I have a McIntosh 2105 amp and 113 preamp/tuner that I use. I would like to have the flexibility to stream music from My Galaxy S6, or listen to saved Mp3s on my laptop and/or USB memory stick. For what I'm looking to do, it sounds like I can directly connect an RCA to 3.5 mm cable from my preamp to my laptop or phone, adjust the volumes, and listen to music from my laptop or phone. Is this correct? There are a few threads online about the TEAC CD-P650-B CD player, too. It looks like this option would allow me to play music from a USB memory stick as well. Is there another advantage to having the USB port on this unit? Both of the above options are wired and I think I'm ok with that. But, I feel like there might be advantages to wireless setups that I'm not thinking of. Is the biggest (only??) advantage of wireless that I can walk around my house with my device (most likely my phone) and change music? If for some reason I determine that walking to my stereo to change songs has become too much of a hassle, has anyone played around with the available wireless products and can offer a recommendation? I have a friend with a SONOS setup, but I want to continue to use my Klipsch speakers, so I don't think I need/want to go that route. Besides, SONOS setups are pricey. Is there anything wireless, priced in the $250 or less range, that sounds good, and allows me to use my phone and laptop to play music? I have no idea if these questions make sense, but I did the best I could with my limited knowledge of this technology. I fee like a fish out of water with this stuff! Thank you in advance for your input. Jeff
  13. I had a couple more inquiries over the weekend for shipping these beasts and quotes remain in the $200 range to the east coast and south. I've been a forum member for 17 years and an eBay seller with 100% positive feedback since 1998...send me a PM and let's work something out. Jeff
  14. I've given a few shipping quotes this week and none have exceeded $250 via FedEx Ground. Just an FYI...
  15. Good eye and thanks for the compliment on the gear. I'm a Gen Xer and I've been known to keep a few of my childhood toys on display.
  16. Just an FYI regarding reasonable shipping prices: I quoted shipping for an interested party in Harrisburg PA at just over $250 via FedEX ground. I have the factory boxes for all three items, so they should arrive safely. Jeff
  17. I'm bumping these back up. I've received some competitive offers on eBay, but their fees have made the deals less attractive. If someone has interest in this terrific setup, PM me and maybe we can swing something. Don't forget, Spee Dee Delivery can deliver these in their factory boxes to the midwest VERY REASONABLY. Jeff
  18. No worries, maybe someone who's heading to Hope from the Milwaukee area will have some room in an SUV, van, or pickup. I've seen some crazy things happen on this forum over the last 17 years.
  19. Rockhound, I would consider parting ways with my Klipschorns. Oiled Oak finish with AK3 networks. There's one small (1/2") gouge on the face of one cabinet from the previous owner's move, but honestly, the speakers are stunning otherwise. They receive regular Watco oil treatment, no pets, no kids, non-smoking environment. Played with a McIntosh 2105 amp and McIntosh tubes prior to my ownership. I'd need to get $3,000 for them to part ways, but I think the terrific care they've received makes them a good value at that price. PM if you're interested in photos. I'm in Wisconsin, area code 53154. Jeff
  20. I just want to please remind members not to discuss pricing opinions in for sale listings. It's not fair to the seller. I also want to go on record saying the most profound difference in sound I've ever heard within the Klipsch product line is between the LaScala I and II. They're two completely different sounding speakers. Jeff
  21. Bump with box dimensions and weights in the original post for a few interested parties who have PM'd me.
