Well I hope these photos show up okay. I was having quite a bit of trouble uploading them to the website.

Living proof that they exist and they look better than any synergy model out there and sound better too LOL. I have them hooked up to a pioneer receiver with 14 gauge wire,banana connectors, and spade connectors. Great little set-up if you ask me. So what do you guys think?

Well I finally got them. Klipsch cherry F2 and they look and sound AMAZING! Thanks again Trey they are in good hands and will be VERY well taken care of.

You know I hate to dig up an old thread but the other night I was on my Xbox 360 and got to thinking about gamertags.I wasn't thinking of changing mine just though what other Klipsch related gamertags there were.Believe it or not the gamertag Mr Klipsch is available. Just though I'd share that with you guys.

Wow only 12pr in the states, thats wierd.I haven't thought about getting the F2's(budget wise)but they certainly would be an upgrade.I would definitely like to work some sort of a deal considering the rarity of these speakers.

Well if that's true can you help me out? Like where to look or shop for them? The look of the F1 in cherry just looks and seems better than the standard black one.

Hey thanks for the reply guys.Something said these would be very hard to obtain.It kind of sucks though because this model looks absolutley beautiful in cherry and its a shame to see Klipsch phase out such a gorgeous speaker!

Hi everyone.I hope I am asking this question in the right section.I was doing some browsing on the internet for some new Klipsch speakers because I have a birthday coming up.I am really interested in the Klipsch F1 tower speakers and what I found was the F1's in CHERRY. Now these are not listed on Klipsch's website,so what's the deal? I really like the look of the F1 in cherry, but they seem kind of rare.I found them on this website(http://www.vanns.com/shop/servlet/item/reviews/542840534/klipsch-f1-cherry) and yes I know the sales date is old,but I would really would like to have them. Any help in finding these speakers again would be greatly appreciated.

That's exactly how I have my Promedia speakers hooked up.Works great!

I feel like I should apoligize. I didnt want to attack Klipsch in any way. These are by far the best 2.1 computer speakers out there. The people I have reccomened them to wanted to have a similar set-up to mine I just feel like I have lost some flexibilty. Sorry for any offenses made.

You know I have been keeping up with this thread since its start and I must agree with everyone else that this is a bad idea.I love my ProMedia 2.1 system and have raved about them to friends and family .But if this change is permanent, my push for them to get these speakers will cease.

Wow! I must say, nice set of eyes you got there. I personaly have not had any problems with my system so far. But if anything goes wrong you better believe I'm checking that first. This makes me wonder how many systems on EBAY can be fixed?

Any words on that switch idea Mister_Clean. I am really interested to know if it is possible to make one.

The surge protector is a pretty good idea but the switch idea seems really cool.Believe it or not that theory has crossed my mind . I just dont know were to begin. I have always liked to tweak speakers and I am totaly comfortable soldering and working on electronics. I would love more details if you get the time and would just flick the switch to turn them off to prevent my rather loud thump noise.

Yea I know but my subwoofer is in the primo spot and it is kinda hard to reach the back panel on the fly.

Well I definitely want to thank you for your help and in regards to the connections on the TV.It is a brand new 32" LCD TV with all the new inputs and currently has an Xbox 360 and Basic cable connected to it.That's It! This is a bedroom TV as I am currently in college.I really like having both TV sound and the xbox 360 coming through the ProMedia's the way I currently have it hooked up. Although I am open to other options.Damaging the speakers is probably my biggest concern since the loudest portion of the thump comes from the subwoofer and I leave them on for extended hours.Sorry if this is alot to take in.

Well first off I could understand the sound source being the thump problem, and if fixable how? But yes the Y adapter is a RCA to stereo 1/8 " converter.Is there different means of hooking up my ProMedia's to my TV that I am missing or is it just the way I have it hooked up now?

Hi evryone, this is my first post here on the website and I am most certainly glad to be apart of everything Klipsch has to offer.I am here in regards to a very loud thump noise coming from my Promedia 2.1's. I have them currently hooked up to my LCD TV through a 1/8 Y adapter. I get this thump noise whenever I turn off my TV . The speakers are on a surge protecter and I have upgraded the speaker wire, so I am at a bit of a lost. Any help at all would greatly be appreciated.
