Surprises me too. I bought a 50-inch Panny plasma about 4 months ago and couldn't be happier with it. I agree with a previous poster who talked about the "break-in" time. I waited about 200hrs before calibrating mine, but the picture now is outstanding. Most of my buddies have LCD's and my tv blows their's out of the water. You can't compare the brightness of your tv to the ones in any store, they turn the brightness up so high. If you are looking for a "bright" tv, LCD or LED might be what you are looking for. However, if you want truer colors and deeper blacks, you gotta stick with plasma. Obviously, this is all my opinion. Good luck! Jarrod PS- I highly recommend the TC-P50S1, that's my model, like I said before... I LOVE it. You'd pick up 4 inches in screen size for about $200-300 more.

Have any members in this forum worked (or currently work) for Klipsch? What kind of company is it? I'm about to graduate college and my options are wide open. I know that I'm passionate about Klipsch products, but I have no idea how they are as a company. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Hooked the 15's up today! They are so much smaller than the VB-15's I was using, but they sound so much clearer!! You can totally tell a difference in quality. Not that the VB wasn't a good speaker, it did it's job. These are just on a different level.

Hey everyone, I'm new! I've "lurked" for a little while and can tell you all are really good people, so I'm happy to be here! And, Happy Thanxgiving to everyone! Okay, down to business... I have found a pair of RB-15's on craigslist for $160, is that a reasonable price? The guy sent me some really detailed pics and they are basically in mint condition. I would be using them for my surrounds, RF-25, and RC-35 up front. I currently have VB-15's as surrounds. What do you guys (and gals!) think???
