Your Zucchini remind me of a recipe I keep forgetting about......... I keep trying to make these fried zucchini strips/chips......

This was my plan.....I didn't really have a problem with paying for it..... This whole build was quite below what I was expecting to pay.... I gave myself a $400-$500 cap, but knew damn well I was gonna spend $500 and above.... After I saw the ACA, I knew that was the one for me.... Plus it was at a price that was surprisingly, Very comfortable..... When the KIT went on sale I started researching immediately for heat sinks and found plenty that would work.....I know Class-A are the hottest running amps and if you can't keep them cool they burn-up ... With any amp especially a DIY project amp, it may just burn your whole life to the ground ....I have been working with metal fabrication here and there for years....Believe me I'm not taking any risks with the heat... And I like making things run as efficiently as possible.... I'm an over builder usually spending more money than I really need too to get a project finished to my liking=(AnalRetentive).... The Peace Of Mind more then makes up for the extra cash spent on projects.... Great links again wdecho...

I can't believe this thing went on sale...Im not usually this lucky.... I don't know how often this amp kit goes on sale, it looks like either once or twice a year but I'm unsure...... I just ordered the parts kit and power supply.... No chassis....I was very close to getting another kit and mono blocking them.... I figured I'll go though a few more kits to really get my ears tuned or my appreciation for certain circuit designs inline before committing to mono blocks. I know I keep saying this but, THANK YOU ....!!!

As soon as I opened that link to the AmpCampAmp you gave me in your first response I was like... "this is exactly what I'm looking for"..... Obviously quite a few people know about it.... Thanks for the Transformer and other excellent link too.... OF COURSE I WANT TUBES.....I want BIG Motherlovin' mono block BUILT IN AMERICA Marantz Model 2's....BUT I WANT SS TOO A McIntosh amp used at Woodstock.....Both the names you said to stay away from I know.... I've always got my eye out don't you worry......I created this thread to try to find AmpKits...I just want to build an amp myself.....I really like building things, and figuring it out... To learn from the schematics.. To understand the design of an amps electronic path and the signature sound that comes from that design.... To try and build upon that knowledge to better understand the amps I'am buying and will continue to buy... Or build.. THANK YOU ALL FOR THIS HELP.......I really appreciate it

That's the main reason Im going to build a kit... Just a more inexpensive option for Class-A or Class-AB power amp(and I like building things)..Both of the kits I listed are AB....I ve never had anything other than Class-D, because I've never wanted to spend the money on a class-AB or class-A amp that I liked (imcheap)...The ones that I want are REALLY expensive..... But its becoming clear that I've never had a really Nice class-d either.... Ive just owned Pioneer ELITE's... Those are Nice too, Real nice... Expensive though like you said... But they are Beauties. I have seen these batteries in peoples family rooms.. Like a LOT of them.... We're a strange bunch Thats where I found it

My f YES PORSCHE.. I remember them developing that V4turbo in the 919 by building prototype single cylinder engines and dyno testing them...VERY cool little single cylinder turbo gems of the highest engineering.... Gorgeous little engines..

That 919 Evo record lap of the Nordschleife is in the top 5 of the most impressive laps throughout history I have ever seen in my entire life.....When He hits the boost its acceleration is astonishing.... (849Kg), 1,872Lbs, 1160HP....Thats 1.6lbs per 1Hp...

Those amps look like they're the size of my hand... But then again I am just looking at the power board of an amp...I think just seeing the board alone is throwing me off..... I really want to try one now... If I get one it will be to hold me over until my KIT is chosen then finished.... Plus I have a lot of speakers in my garage... Its at least worth experimenting with for the price and power..

Yes, I've been dayDREAMing all weekend about turning a well designed amp kit into some mutant hybrid miniature inertial fusion power plant by making small changes to its low powered schematics... I won a prize for it..

Thanks for your response WDECHO... I guess my expectations were a little high when I wrote "Hi Everyone".... The diyaudio.com site was a great lead, thank you... The FW clones do seem a bit over my price range.. Also that was the reason for not putting up Tube Kits because I believe the nicer ones are out of my range as well... The Akitika GT-102 is a class AB amp that I've heard really good things about and, I've always respected Decware as a brand...... Your thread on Class D is huge... I'll look through it and I'm positive that will help me also... I heard great things about the Emotiva XB-100 as a good little amp and, well started researching it, and found a video by Steve "TheAudiophiliac" Guttenberg on YouTube recommending the Akitika. It seemed like he was VERY impressed with the GT-102 so I just started researching DIY projects and here I am. It seems like you hold the TPA 3255 in high regard I will check it out.. Hi everyone, thanks for tuning in... Haven't been here for awhile and I'm getting the itch to build my own amp... My Grandfather was an electrical engineer for BellAircraft in the 40's and helped with the electronics in the first X-Planes... This has nothing to do with what i'm doing I'm just proud, Ya'know..... Plus I'm hoping some of his elecTRONic genes have seeped into my soft tissue to maybe help me out a little along the way..... My price range is around the $400-$500 range...... I've found these two interesting kits from Akitika the GT-102 and from Decware ZenKit60.... Both around 60 WPC I've just started my research and don't know where to go or who has better kits... I keep hearing about FirstPASS clones....I don't know if they are kits.... I don't know..... I need Help ThankYou.
