If you are not too handy I think that the assembly of a B&C de110 or 111 is even simpler because they have two screws on a circle of Ø51mm, it will be enough to drill together the two holes in the plate and the counter Ø56mm plate, the holes will be at the edge but it does not matter, because it is necessary to put wash

Merci infiniment ,  le resultat est superbe ,  thank you all looks to fit , What is your opinion of the B&C de10 -did you even consider it ---tx

I ran my Forte I's with a circa 1988 Yamaha RX 900U receiver for many years. It was always a bit harsh and brittle sounding. I finally replaced it with a Marantz 2245, and heavens to mergatroid, what a difference! Night and day!

It's discrete technology , old school , to make these today in any brand is very expensive

Slow progress but cabinets and finishing will be done by 6-23. The baffle and back brace is dado’d into place.  We did a interesting thing by cutting corner braces at 45deg. Should reduce cabinet residences. Here is where we are so far.
Drivers are kappa 15C DCM50 and radian 1” for once I’ll have a tweeter that can really carry to 20K.

quick question , why MDF vs BB

    Hi everyone,

It is the first time Im creating a topic :D

Im planning to build a 5.1 home theatre for my house, this is what Ive been thinking about but I don't really know what receiver I should get there are so many options and honestly Im not good at electronics.

Here is the list of what I thought:

    2x RP-6000F

    2x R-41M

    1x N-52C

    1x R12SW

Could you please help me to decide which receiver should I get?

Also if you have any suggestions regarding the speakers models please let me know.

    Thank you in advance,

    Joaquin

Any receiver with 150 watts per channel or even more should be adequate among the japanese brands and there are a lot to choose from 7,1 and upwards , dont be shy to buy bigger and more power than what you need to have a lot of headroom  rather than being confined to low power and stretched to the hilt -

  5. Mahogany is  praised  by most forum members ,  they are exquisite , and also in excellent condition which is not the case of a lot of used speakers , so , yes , you may say that these are rare , and  the speakers can be matched and better appreciated than a non-matched set ,  the quality of the K55M-K77M was among the best available when the tweeter had Beryllium leads and the midrange had a dual phase plug , so the sound is pure klipsch and in an original condition , these speakers must sing  just as they are known and designed to sound  from the factory  , and that is quite rare since most Khorns are no longer stock  ,  the modifications and upgrades are endless for khorns , the result ,  a  custom speaker as per the client's desires-

What is with these pictures of Fauci sucking on his eyeglass temples?

at 79 -he is not affraid of the virus  , or putting his own glasses in his mouth  , he knows that as long as he doesnt come in contact with an infected person , he's ok --nobody can get close to him ,  he must have a series of bodyguards  who are hand picked   , and everywhere he goes  , they go  , no-one is going to get close to Dr Fauci unless they are screened and tested for the virus  -

Beautiful pair of Klipsch Epic CF-3's.  Built the 234th day of 1994. Revision 2 version.  They were completely refinished in a cabinet grade finish with multiple coats of polycrylic.

how did you get these to that dark wood finish , it is very well done
