Oh really? You think it might be a dodgy turntable? I'm in Australia and had it shipped to me from Melbourne from a place called Digital Cinema. Should I contact them?
----------yes ---------100% , this is a warranty problem ---
they might troubleshoot the issue over the phone , they will check all your remote settings first , I hope they can determine whether it's any of these 4 problems
a ) settings b) the turntable wiring --------or c) the phono cartridge ------- or d) , the amp at the back of the speakers that has an issue in it's RCA phono connectors on the main board -----

Interesting thing is, it tends to get worse the further in the stylus gets to the centre, so a few songs into the album...
if the RCA cable is plugged correctly , /you have a problem with the turntable or the amplifier in the speakers ------speakers are ok , where did you buy this package ------?

Yeah... All seems to be as is should. So frustrating considering it's sold as a Plug and Play!
normally these problems arrive when the phono cartridge type is not selected properly ----a) --either MM or MC --------you must select the correct type if there is such an option ----
b) a bad phono cartridge that has a defective cartridge or a bad stylus ----can cause these problems ----
c) the RCA cable is plugged in the correct ------red/white connectors at the rear of the speakers - yes
d) switch is on PHONO----power switch ON- yes
e)- the 4 leading wires of the phono cartridge are well inserted in the headshell - yes

It sure does. Could it be the stylus needs an adjustment?
did you check the -connecting wires to the phono cartridge ------

I need to add a power switch. I was thinking of maybe doing one of these with a Fisher 80AZ as the amp section rather than the el-cheapo Chineseum class D which had to be modified to give bass
Welcome back mustang guy , and happy to hear from you ---

Anyone got a recommendation for Kona Coffee in K-Cup form? Many years ago while visiting the Big Island the resort I stayed in served "Kona" coffee and it was delightful. I have no clue which grower it was.
here below , exceptional quality -,but you have to add your coffee in a refillable k Cupfor link 1 , link 2 offers k-Cups as well

Hey everyone -
I think I may be over thinking this way too much at this point, so I need a little guidance on a receiver that'll work in my 2.1 setup. I looked heavily at the Marantz NR-1200 because it seems to hit every checkbox, but then when chatting with customer service at Accessories4Less, the gentleman made it sound like that receiver wouldn't do well with the Heresy's. His recommendation was the Denon DRA-800H, but I'm nervous about the preout and input limitations on that model. When researching it seems that a lot of people recommend Yamaha and Marantz.
I've listed some info below that may help with suggestions.
2.1 Setup:
- Heresy II
- SVS sub
- 50/50 music and streaming movies/tv
Need:
- Phono Input (MM)
- Remote control ability
- Sub Out
- Preouts (for possible amp upgrade down the road)
Want:
- HDMI (if possible, but not a deal breaker)
Room size:
- 14 x 15
Budget:
- ~$500
- Used, refurb, or new does not make a difference
Thanks everyone. If this needs to be posted in a different forum please let me know. I though this would be appropriate since it's a 2.1 setup and Heritage speakers.

any good Japanese made receiver is going to be ok for the H1 and 100 watts per channel , or more is best for added headroom and less distortion if played very loud ------you can also consider used multi-channel amps that can deliver about 100 watts in 2 channel stereo , and they are quite inexpensive -

Thank you. I have had these sealed into my corners for years. I have changed room acoustics, seating positions, preamp and amplification. I've never been unhappy with their sound or performance, but being all original, I think I need to make a move in refreshing or replacing the crossovers as my first step in improvements --you can use an ohmmeter or an ESR meter to check the leakage of your caps------in all your speakers ----
