  1. Unloadin is easy, slide one onto a piece of plywood, slip another 8' piece of plywood under the end of plywood that has Khorn on it. Place 1" PVC and cut approx length that plywood is wide and push bottom plywood as far under as needed to be able to roll top plywood down ramp made by bottom plywood. Use dolly to hall first Khorn out of way and repeat for second Khorn. Or you can put more PVC under the plywood Khorn is on to move it where you want. Be careful not to let Khorn tip over while going down the ramp. Have used this method for many things I could not lift. Usually takes more then one roller, but you should get the Idea. Once you are going down the ramp it is best to only have one roller between the sheets of plywood so it does not take off and wind up like Youthman only worse.

Now as for the wife. Tell her your going to resale and make a profit. Then stall until she falls in love with them and won't let you. If she does not fall for it, Keep stalling until she gives up.

    Ah…the Egyptian method…nice!

  2. With a previous owner that tried to stomp him to death for chewing on furniture, I feel like I'm the luckier of us both.

There are some sick people in the world...

My fuzzy dog was abandoned in a cardboard box without food or water when she was 6 weeks old. Luckily we found her and she's been with us for almost 10 years now.

  3. Watched an Emotiva X-Ref 12 subwoofer go for $537 on E-Bay today. I thought this was strange since you could buy them for $499 new before they were discontinued and the one for auction was an 8 out of 10 at best.

I love mine; it's a 12" sealed sub with a 600 watt amp that can pump out bass. I was watching the auction because I want to buy another; I just wouldn't pay more than new price for a used one.

These subs don't come up for sale very often; you guys think think this sale price was a fluke?

  4. When I'm grilling steaks I'll occasionally also grill a slice of yellow onion that i've brushed with olive oil and s&p. Once the onion has gotten good grill marks and softened; I'll then brush it with bbq sauce (sweet baby rays) and grill for another minute or so on both sides.

Once the steaks are also done, i'll top them with the grilled bbq'd onion and sprinkle crumbled blue cheese on top.

    Couple of tips:

You have to cut the onion slices pretty thick so they don't just completely fall apart when grilling. It also takes some practice to keep the onion from falling through the grill grates. The olive oil also can flare up so you'll have to babysit the grill.

  5. Congrats. Are you getting a lot of air out of those ports? ( like a sub ). They can push a ton of air and not clip. I pushed them really hard with the eq way up on the bass. They never cliped or farted.

I've never noticed much air moving through my 7's ports, but maybe I don't have it turned up high enough. I run mine set to large and they produce copious bass.
