  1. Part of a recent record bulk buy is this album  The album is more raw and organic in the track presentation than the studio recorded versions And I think it is possibly a bootleg with very very good SQ Artist - Amy Winehouse Title - At The BBC 
  2. The whole album is great and left you wanting more Only have the 4 Rush remaster CDs that I purchased ( pre loved ) so I can’t compare to other releases Still to spin 2112 & Moving Pictures
  3. Now some female tones  A standout album when released in 1988 and still sounds fresh Artist - Tracy Chapman Title - Self Titled

This album is a recent purchase ( heads up to @Tigerman ) A fantastic album, just love the Jazz I am hearing on this LP and it’s the first time I have actually played or listened to this album title Originally released in 1965 but this album is a Limited release and mastered by Columbia 1995 and released on Impulse Records Artist - John Coltrane Title - A Love Supreme  
  5. Next on the play list and posting as I listen Mike @dirtmudd wanted me to get this title Track 4 - La Villa Strangiato, has similarities to a track from Brian Eno or 801 Live ( just can’t put my finger on the track name now ) A CD from the Rush Remasters Rush Hemispheres

  8. This record is from a recent purchase of some great titles of Jazz & will be spinning those titles periodically  This is a favourite of many Artist - Dave Brubeck Quartet Title - Time out ID —- DOL705 
  9. For every 12” inches you will find appropriately 60 records Mostly single LP in single covers with a smattering of gatefold covers and double LP gatefold

We make fine wines Even the French are jealous Some local wines costing less than $10 have won gold medals on blind tasting tests Re record stack Sort out the gems from the chaff Sell the gems at a premium and the rest to a record merchant Alternatively You can find a local record fair and pay for a stall to sell the records Or A weekend market And if keen on strangers - you can go a yard sale

You need to assess the condition of 1) Vinyl disc 2) Cover Then how rare and or popular the records are Best to catalogue on Discogs and they will give you an overall value on 3 quality / condition levels And you can also see what is selling and if someone is wanting a title If it’s bulk Then most folks will pay $2.00 each to $10each depending what’s there Classical bulk will fetch 0.50 cents if lucky

  16. Let me just say that just some of the larger capacitors used on my crossovers cost more than $99 AU each So $99 US for a whole crossover pair is great

It’s Sunday today and I put on a recent purchase of Nimbus Records- Supercut of Miles Davis - Kind Of Blue I have another 2 LPs of this wonderful record release Must say that this record sounds amazing on my system So I’m going to have a second listen after making this post  Artist - Miles Davis Title Kind Of Blue Nimbus Records - Supercut

  19. In pretty sure the original builder @sootshe purchased the Eliptrac 400 as a kit and was assembled down under and finished These are the isolation feet under the midrange horn And here is a photo with the custom crossover since we are discussing them on this thread
  20. Re the track Rattle That Clock The recurring sound was observed by David in a railway station in Europe The sound was used as the attention sound before an announcement was made And David used it on Rattle That Clock
  21. Onward we go with more wonderful Saturday jazz Recorded about 1967 / 1968 And was released 10 after I found this album to be very forward thinking and quite enjoyable @Tigerman would enjoy this album  Artist - Miles Davis Title - Water Babies

Totaly agree All designs are re engineered from the original concept developed many decades ago Re engineering an audio design is just a progression to accomodate the material its needs to reproduce faithfully Music style / genre has changed from Classical to modern electronic and the sound wave spectrum along with it Lower bass is one example
