Looking to start a new project as finishing up another pair of Heresy's. Will consider any Heritage series speakers (Quartet, Forte, Heresy, etc.) that you have around and not using that are in need of some repair/restoration. Prefer sequential S/N's and all of the drivers to be original and in good condition however willing to hear what you have even if it doesn't quite meet my "requirements". I am in the Milwaukee,WI area so anyone around here or anyone willing to meet me at the IL-WI border please PM me with what you have. If the deal is good enough I may even consider paying for shipping...for example someone on the forum had just offered up their Heresy II's for the price of shipping. If you have pictures to include even better.

I am late to the game. I assume that the speakers are gone by now. If not I am interested and would have to ship them to ZIP 53132.

I just used a retractable type utility knife with a new blade as want the knife to cut as easily as possible. I oversized each piece by ~1" in dimensions and then trimmed after the veneer was attached. Used Contact Cement...very happy with that.

FYI. I bought a PAIR of original badge off of eBay so once I get them I will put the one extra I now have up for sale.

willland....do you know what type of finish is on your RB-5's? Going to re-finish my Heresy's in Mahagony and trying to decide how to finish them. I like the look of yours.

Thanks jason str! I am trying to decide how to finish them. Think once I get the veneer on I will make my decision. Veneer should arrive tomorrow and I will likely start tomorrow or Friday and likely get them veneered this by end of the weekend.

I love these however really need to sell them to free up some $$$. Not going to give them away however certainly open to reasonable offers. Please send them my way!

Bump + price reduction

Went with Mahogany as the place I buy from with good prices did not carry Koa. Speakers are prepped and ready. I will post of separate thread soon on my new restoration.
