Well, nice speakers, but they are gonna suffer from the lack of quality that is obviously your preamp/amplifier. I wouldn’t even hook them up. I’ll take that C11 off your hands and save you a lot of unnecessary pain and suffering.

I am running the original A55G midrange in my chorus II speakers. Bob Crites told me the stock crossover was fine for the driver. I bought an adapter to mount the A55G to the stock horn, but I am now using the midrange horns from the forte III and these A55G drivers thread right in.
Am I right in thinking that the 55v is the same as the 55g?

those 301 horns and the a55g will drop right in. I also used Dynamat like product on the horn. Called Norco on Amazon, a lot less expensive than dynamat. No absolute need to upgrade the crossover, but a crossover upgrade should be done as the original is in my opinion junk.
When I upgrade mine from the Crites that is in them now I will sell the Crites x overs.
I upgraded/recapped my crossovers a few years back. Just wasn’t sure about the difference in sensitivity of the 2 mid drivers.

Would a crossover modification be needed to incorporate the a55g?
I have soldered lug k55v and 301 threaded horns, but if I remember the
k-61-k driver is a little hotter than the other 2. Am I wrong?
duh..I just seen @DonH post.

I have fond memories of kg4. First Klipsch speakers, can definitely rock out. Ended up with 2 pair stacked. Crazy good!

Way too much for Belles. Typical selling price is $2500-3000 in stock form, condition and finish being main determining factor.

Guilty. I want to hear 'em all.😉
You should reach out to him, he’s got several sets of speakers to hear. And as you’ve seen he has 904 and Heresy for sale. I heard the 904 last week, so impressive.

Color me tempted.
Curious if you are aware of any upgrades that were originally installed when it was new. I know Mark offered a few options. I think there were tube model options too. Do you know what’s in it? -
I need to do some measurements to see if these would fit inside a Cornwall cabinet. Maybe without the adapter and a 2” driver, adapter might be too deep.

I have 2 k-400 horns that I pulled out of a really rough pair of Lascala. They do not match, apparently one is older than the other (sand cast). Obviously this doesn’t effect the sound. I would need to work on getting a proper box to ship these, but I can figure that if someone is interested. Of course they’re available for pickup in and around Chattanooga. Message me and we can discuss it.
possible trade for a set of Dave's LMAHL.Thanks.

Klipsch Cornwall IV in Springdale, AR (NWA) - $4,444

I worked in Fayetteville area for 2 months back in 2020. The fayettville, Springdale, Rogers and Bentonville areas are really nice. They make sure to tell you they live in Nwa..northwest Arkansas, as not to confuse that area with the rest of Arkansas. No offense to anyone living elsewhere in Arkansas, but this area is definitely not what you think of when you think of Arkansas. They are at the foothills of the Ozark mountains and you might think you’re in Tennessee at times. Really enjoyed my time there and could see it being a great place to live.
