    im at a loss myself...having the td 125 sent out to vinyl nirvana...for a restore.. and i have a extra tp50 headshell..looking for another one... have a at440mld for that shell.. think of this cartridge. https://www.sound-smith.com/cartridges/fixed-coil/otello and this preamp... https://www.sound-smith.com/phono-preamps/soundsmith-mmp4-phono-preamp. I also have a Conrad Johnson pv7... any suggestions ???

    they did both ...I did notice the link you posted...has been on and off for a year or so...what i found strange...was no protective grill for the h-sm's....

    no the hi-sm's have the ev cast basket woofer.. and modified aa networks... that pic is from my hi-sm's and with all pro klipsch products of that period..a few different finishes..and or aluminum trim.

    I'm running a thorens td 125 with the factory tp25 arm.. with rs shure rxt-4 same as shure m97....I'm going to send it too vinyl nirvana for a restore...have a extra tp50 headshell..that I have to mount the at440mlb...might get another headshell to mount something different..I'm leaning towards the soundsmith otello.. and I'm on the fence on a re-plinth..
