Hello, I need help in buying a sub....newbie here..My system is as follows.. Yamaha RX-A2060 Klipsch RF-711 Klipsch RC-6411 Klipsch RP-250S Should I stay with Klipsch? Looking at getting 2 subs one for each front corner. I can get 2 Klipsch R-12SW for $599 at a online dealer. any recommendations would be appreciated. I also was reading about the speedwoofer from rsl....

Questions 1,2,3 yes.......hooked up with high speed hdmi cables 12 gauge speaker wire....all sources .....speakers are 7 days old had it from day one....I could not get 2 bad one can I ?

It's sounds ok at low levels it's starts to sound bad at 28 on the tv sound scale....I do not have another receiver to try my cheap Sony gave up on me....it's going to be a pain to send these heavy buggers back

Oh how loud is loud anything higher then -50db on the Yamaha

The room is 12x24 It is the same in 2 channel or 9 channel. The speakers are 7 days old The receiver is new too...both speakers act the same

Hello, I just got a pair of RF-711.....I seem to have a lot of distortion when I turn it up a litle..I have a Yamaha RX-A2060 has140 Watts. Does more power matter with these speakers...if so how much do I need...it has the inputs don't really understand amps...

I did ride a VTX and a V-rod just retired from being a trucker for 40 years. Figured I lived through all the close calls so got rid of the bikes now I am hanging at home with the tunes going......seems a lot safer...

I ordered 2 RF-711 and a center channel RP-450C all in Cherry....but he is sending the more expensive center channel by mistake the RC64 11 and he said I can keep it.

Did you send the wrong ones back? I am getting want I ordered tomorrow. If all goes well I saved a couple grand from retail.WISH ME LUCK....

I have a couple 1986 fortes up front what are you other forte guys using for a center channel?

I was reading today that changing the crossovers would make a big difference. How many out there bought the crossovers on a wooden board from Bob Crites. Did it really make a difference. My 1986 fortes have been sitting around for a long time.Also changing the tweeter diaphragms?....crossovers $245 and $54. Worth it?

I live near Tacoma Wa......with all those 5.1, 7.1, 9.1. Can I get true surround sound with one of those setting? 2 speakers up front do the other 2 go in surround or surround back?

Hello, Lucky me I made it to retirement after 40 years driving a truck. Lately all I want to do is listen to tunes and hang out. I found a couple of fortes in my closet that I bought in 1986 lucky the kids didn't steal them. I bought a new Sony 4k TV and a cheap Sony receiver to go with the tv. It sounds ok I guess. All I want to to end up with is a 4 speaker surround sound not all those different speaker settings. I do like my Apple TV to stream music and all the things the new receivers offer, airplay,Bluetooth etc....Does anyone have any suggestions on a receiver my budget is 2K or less? The Aventage RX-A1060 what do you think will I gain much from the cheap Sony receiver?
