  1. Hey Krillian, I have the same exact situation as you. Geez, I wish I can open up the control pod but I don't know how. Btw, how did you get extra control pods? I wish Klipsch would send me a replacement control pod

Does it matter? ---------------- Yeah! you're right but my other volume control pod's Klipsch symbol is upright. I guess it doesn't really matter.

  7. Hey if you guys ever buy some SWS subwoofers, see if you have an upside down klipsch symbol on the volume pod like me!!
  8. Well, here is the proof of the famous upside down klipsch symbol!! even though it may seem awkward to me, I feel quite lucky that this happened to me ROFL!!
  9. Yeah it is an awesome deal! you should get get them ASAP! the ProMedia SWS sale is limited time only! (i think)
  10. I finally got another SWS subwoofer today but on the volume pod, the Klipsch symbol is upside down. Has this happen to you guys? LOL!

  12. Yes, it is connected to the Motherboard's SATA connector.
  13. I just recently installed my SATA hard drive but the problem is I can't see it in Disk Management. I went to device manager and viewed the SATA hard drive (which Windows XP sees it as a SCSI Disk Device) and it said the device is working properly. Can anyone please offer any advice? Thanks!
  14. Wow! you have two? that is amazing! one SWS is already too loud for my ears
  15. OOPS!! LoL yeah 2 is better then one!
  16. here is the link: http://gamersdepot.com/hardware/speakers/klipsch/sws/001.htm LoL! I dont know how to make into a link. Sorry guys!
  17. Jasn00b, I had the exact same situation as you except it happened to my girlfriend before we knew each other. She was sexually abused by her ex boyfriend. I got so mad and sad at the same time. The day came when I finally saw him around I jumped him and messed up his face. Anyways, I'm sorry to hear about your situation. I hope everything is okay.
  18. Ahhh! you should've not thrown away the box. You can buy a box that has a size similiar to the original box or any box as long as you can fit everything on it. For cushion, you can use crunched up newspaper, toilet tissue, paper tissue (etc). What I mean is, you can wrap the satellites, subwoofer and control pod with the material I stated above. Well, I hope that helped. Sorry to hear your set die out .
  19. It looks like you have a defective set. Email promediatech@klipsch.com and tell them about your situation and everything will be done from there. Also, check out the ProMedia 5.1 forum to see whats been going on. Goodluck on your next set!

When i mess with mines when its at the minimal 6o'clock position, some times the volume jumps a bit high. Once i move it to another place, its normal. Plus, the SWS is not meant to be loud or maintain the power of your primary sub...its only meant to give depth to your existing base. If you only have one sub, then try using it at moderate levels. If you have more then one, then the volume grows...so thats when the dB level kicks in. ---------------- Geez, just like the jump control pod on the PM5.1s but hey, its not that bad .

  22. Oops, I meant like during the turn of the dial it sounds distorted and when I stop it becomes normal. It only occurs when I move the dial.
  23. The bass of the SWS sounds distorted and a little loud when I increase the volume of the SWS. Does anyone have this too?
