  1. Nice car indeed. My boss wants me to work 15 straight days, I said that if he buys me that i'll do it. It might make a good addition if I we win the case and I get the bonus promised to me also. crossing my fingers!
  2. Not entirely sure about this one because i don't know entirely how it works but in your sound configuration you should make sure that nothing is muted. Because you may have problems if one of your sound outputs is muted. Its worth a shot at least.
  3. Well the price of 4 sb-3's I have to imagine would be equivalent to a lesser reference series tower. which it seems it is after just comparing online. you could get the rf3's for that price and save some money to boot then you could get reference surrounds and be really rolling. If I had the money I would have gone reference, I just have to wait for the bonus to come in from our big lawsuit. /me crosses fingers
  4. I have basically the same setup as you (minus the ss-1's as they haven't arrived yet ) but i went with the SVS 20-39 PCi and I have to say it is way more than enough sub for the setup, I highly recommend it for this setup. Keep in mind though that it stands nearly 4 feet tall, and despite my amazing mechanical spatial skills I didn't fully realize how tall the bugger was. Either way, it looks cool, it sounds great, and its not too expensive and with svs's customer service you can't go wrong.
  5. thanks for the advice, i'll defintely check those out.
  6. Well its a living room and will be used mostly for movies and gaming, not really for music. I was looking at the outlaw 1050 and that seemed like a good value. I got the promedia's when they first came out and after 4 years (almost) of solid use they still sound as good as ever. Even after my mom dropped a couple of them onto concrete.
  7. I am completely new to this whole home audio gig, and was looking at this speaker setup, but was wondering what reciever would be good to pair up with them. Any advice will be much appreciated. I've got promedia's for my computer and love them, so i know i want to stay with klipsch. thanks
