What are my father forte's worth. He is thinking about selling them. He also has an Audire 250w amp and Denon 3300 reciever.

I also listen to michel jackson thriller. I havent told anybody about this in a long time.

Is it white (hissing noise or a humm)because they are differnt. It could also be a ground problem. You could try and plug all your stuff into one power strip or get a ground insolator from radio shack. Let me know what is going on.

Isn't the ear in sales for svs?

I have the Denon 4802 and I also had have Yam's, kenwoods, sherwoods, hk, and the denon's are the best. They have some of the best clean and good sounding power out there. I have a Adire 250w stereo amp and the denon comes close to the quility. The Denon are extremly easy to use also. But like I said before this is my opinion. My uncle will only buy sony.

I have done this to a pair of JBL L65a. It worked good for awhile, but you have to make sure the glue will not eat the woofer away. (chemical reaction) Also try not to use to much, keep the balance right. But if it doesn't work you allways can have it reconed, nothing really to lose is there.

Try disconnecting all the wires to the speakers and let them go into stanby. There should be no white noise that I know of coming out of them while in standby. If the noise is still there while the cables are disconnected then the problem is in the speaker amps or cross over asm.

It depends on how much money you want to spend. I would go with the three's they sound good and they will match good with your system. My opinion though.

I live around Milwaukee Wisconsin. The ear: You keep talking about pairs, do you mean you need two for this great bass? You did not say anything about the servo 15. What about ebox and the big dual 15 polk? I love these forumes. Do these SVS subs have enough punch to make the water in my 225 gal aquarium dance? I have a local dealer that is having a sale in a couple of days that will sell me a RSW-10 for 599. I think this is a pretty good price.

Do any of you guys live in Wisconsin? The hi end store around here are great. I am 23 and always wear sweat pants to shop, and they always givin me respect and showen me everything they have for sale.

I am new but all I have read about is how all you guys love the svs subs. Are they really that much better? Some of these subs are expensive, are you guys comparing them to subs like sunfires, bk,and servo15? I have listened to these and they are very strong in all areas. I have not heard a SVS sub though and thats why I am asking.

What is the major advantage of the svs over the RSW-10? Would the SVS 20-39 be a better sub over the 25-31? The price difference isn't much.

A lot of to sound is in the ear of the listener. If you like it there then keep it there. But if the center channel is directly on top the vibration will get to the speaker.

I am looking for a new sub, I only want to spend around 600. I can get a rsw10 and the ksw15. I can get the paradigm pw2200 for 670. Am I missing any, and which would give me the biggest bang for my buck? RF-3II fronts RC-3 center Denmark and pinniacle rears denon 4802 reciever wega 36" tv

I forgot to tell you guys that I am running all these speakers with denon 4802 reciever.

I am looking for a sub for my system and I listened to a lot of them and don't know whick one is right. I have RF3 for mains and Denmarks and pinnacles for rears. My room is 14x25. I also listen to alot of movies and music. I want to spent up to around 800. Litlle HELP
