  1. I hope no one thinks I had anything to do with these pics.... They were sent home with the Dtel's on a CD with their new Cornwall III's. I just posted them to a web site for them. see this thread
  2. Glad I could be of help.... Let me know when you have the new pics posted. It was actually good timing because I wanted to try the new Picasa program that Google is offering. It made the process very easy. If it continues to get too crazy, just go join Dtel in front of the corns, & you will feel much better....[]
  3. Here they are...... Dtel's Corns Christy has not sent me any pics from home yet, but I will add them as soon as I get them.
  4. Email sent almost 1 hour ago.... they must be busy listening to the Corns.....
  5. Christy, I just sent you an email to your hotmail account.....
  6. There was an update last week that caused problems. I noticed that when I opened Firefox, my drive light stayed on, & closing it did not stop it. I had to open task manager & close the program. They issued a new patch for it a few days later, & it solved all of the problems. I guess I pay more attention since I am in charge of 500+ computers......
  7. I blame Trey..... He kept us so entertained, we never had a moment to think![]
  8. Carefull Steve.... I said that last year, & look what happened! Good luck Amy!
  9. Thanks for the offer Steve.... I wish I had known also, I would have taken you up on that. The only food I had was McDonalds at 1pm Sunday, then on the flight out Monday morning, I had a tiny bown of Cherieos with warm non-fat milk. It really didnt help.
  10. Very well put.... I have to totally agree with you here. Hope was a mandatory pilgrimage. But the thrill of seeing the new stuff & knowing what the engineers are working on up in Indy is very exciting. And dont forget, engineering changes constantly, but Hope will be the same every time, with the exception of building the new products.
  11. I also have to disagree. I think it would be best to rotate every year. Indy also has some cool stuff to see & do, & last year was truly awesome. Actually, I was amazed that it was better this year..... I was sure Indy could not be topped!
  12. I am still recovering today, but tomorrow I will post all of my pics on my web site, including full size & smaller size for the dial-ups.
  13. I really enjoyed the whole live show, but I especially enjoyed Pale. And again, the sound was awesome! I did notice that the girls really liked the last band []
  14. Dee: It did not make sense. But there were at least 1000 people stranded & some were getting very obnoxious & loud, so the police were called. The terminal was cleared & all of the terminal windows closed. By 3am everyone was gone & we were able to wander in & out. They re-opened at 4am, & the windows started to re-open by 4:30. & yes, it was miserable, but there was a small group of us that hung outside & we actually made a good time of it. At 6am, the resturants re-opened & we finally got some food. Did I mention that I had not had any food (other that the pretzels on the first plane) since 1pm the day before?
  15. I finally got home....... I spent the night OUTSIDE the Houston terminal (yes, they threw everyone out) watching it downpour all night. It let up this morning just long enough to let us out. As we were approching SFO, we got an announcment that Houston was totaly shut down. I also heard it was on CNN. EDIT: A friend just called me to ask if I was still stuck. She heard that Houston is so bad they are calling in the national guard..... CNN report
  16. Doc worked his butt off this week, & only saw a small part of it, starting with the tent party on Thursday & ending late Sunday putting away lots of equipment. That plus the fact that he was dealing with the fact that he had to rely on everyone for rides etc. I have to say, the system he put together & balanced in a big hurry sounded as good as any pro sound concert I have ever heard. In addition to that, he was also putting up with me following him around watching what he was doing so I could learn everything I could about mixing for live sound ( & I learned alot from him!) Let him rest..... He earned it!!
  17. Same story here..... My 45 minute flight from Little Rock to Houston took 6 hours. After 1 hour of circling Houston, we were diverted to Corpus Christy for fuel, sat on the runway for 2.5 hours, finally made it to Houston where we waited almost an hour for a gate. I finally got a flight out of here at 7:15am, but there are no hotels, so I will be sleeping in the terminal tonight. This makes two years in a row for me!!! ...... Last year I was stranded in Chicago.
  18. Actually, Both of Trey's kids did an awesome job. His son was with us all day helping setup the tent & equipment, & worked his butt off, & never complained once.
  19. I took over 250 pics, which will be on my website after I get home, except for the few that I already posted here.
  20. Here is a pic of the Jubilee. Sorry it isn't better quality.....I was zooming in from the back corner of the room.
