Audio Flynn Posted February 10, 2002 Share Posted February 10, 2002 I used the RC3 with my pair of KSB 3.1s before I upgraded to RB 5s. There is the timbre matching concern but I never thouht it was a problem. RC3 has way more performance than the smaller Klipsch center speakers for just a little more invenstment. willjam Posted February 10, 2002 Share Posted February 10, 2002 I'm using a RC-3 with my Heresy's and have been very happy with the outcome. I know you will hear alot of discussion regarding timbre matching, but I have found that not to be a huge problem. At least in my system the RC-3 blends very well. I would recommend you go with a stronger center. Remember in HT the majority of the sound you will be hearing will becoming from the center. ------------------ Bill J.
