luckyduck
The original owner is a great guy! He's in his early 70s and we talked and talked about vintage stereo equipment and the proper amp for these speakers. When he realized how far I had drove to pick them up and that I had never owned a stereo system, he took a hundred dollars off the price and told me I could call him anytime for advice on things related to home audio. luckyduck
That's the only downside. I'm putting things together in a step by step fashion as I can afford to. According to my per/mo. saving plan, it will be July when I purchase a good quality two channel stereo-receiver, Belden 10 AWG speaker cables, and AC line conditioner. Joe Shmoe
Sheesh 10 gauge Belden wire? I would think that's a little overkill, you should be just fine with standard 12 gauge...if it saves you any money.
