I hope you didn't specify new under $300.00.No, all the amps are used although the Kailin chinese amp is only a couple of years old. I just said $300.00 because that's what I paid for the 1962 Fisher X-100 which the most expensive of the lot. I paid $180.00 for the Kailin and $60.00 for the HK 630.
