are you sure about the phasing of the mid driver and tweeter (+ -)....

I think you need at least a third order filter before things get 180 degree out of phase...

The mid does not look 3rd order...yet you show it out of phase...

The tweeter is 3rd order...yet you show it connected normally...

no i' m not sure but it is connected like that in the two pairs ...

I tryed to connect reverse and it is not better .

but i'm sure it is originaly done in that sense ...

Hi fdewalque

The polarity orientation of the drivers is not just dependent on the crossover filters but also includes the drivers (frequency dependent) phase behavior and physical location of all the drivers in relation to the chosen listening/measurement locations to optimize the frequency/phase response throughout the crossover regions.

I believe it would be wise to trust Klipsch to choose the proper orientation of the drivers polarity with their driver/network/cabinet design since all of this would have been taken into account.

I agree !!! did not say that it was wrong .

you are right.

I tried reverse just because I allways try everything [:D]

my eyes can see a thin red line on the wires to show phase plug and my ears can recognise easily wrong phase ...

that's all

but is it wrong marking or not the result is correct

I tried all possibitilies with my digital xoxer and got the same result!

and of course I trust Klipsch ...

but the principal thing is the components values I give in that post

thanks

François
