Wrench722
If I came out of my unit (Sub Out) and ran it to a Amp and then to a Sub. Would it still need to run it through a crossover? Would play from say 80Hz down or what ever it is set at?
Daddy Dee
I think that would work ok.
wuzzzer
You would not need a crossover, you would be able to control it through your receiver like you said.
RockOn4Klipsch
what wuzzer said. aslong as you have control of the crossover setting somewhere you only need it in one place with the exception of say a multi channel analog pass through section on your Pre-amp. If you have a Blu Ray player and are using the analog section you would have to make sure to use the xover setting in the BD player (ie setting speakers to small ) this thing brings in the issue of lowering the LFE section another 5 dB on top of the already - 10dB.. If this isn't a problem sorry for wasting your time.
