Islander
The shop where I tried to buy the turntable tells me they're going to start using Moneybookers so they can process non-US orders. It seems odd to me that an established US business can't process credit cards like Visa or Mastercard because they're issued in Canada, but that's his story. Anyway, when I Googled Moneybookers, the three words that came up most often in the suggestions were "scam", "fraud" and "phishing". The company may be honest, but crooks find it very easy to work with, plus it's a big hassle to withdraw your money. This is a typical review site, with only 14% of users recommending Moneybookers:http://www.reviewcentre.com/reviews126088.html Scam examples: http://www.bizzia.com/articles/fake-moneybookers-scam-162/ Has anyone here used them or heard stories about them?
